What We Capture

A residential drone survey gives you a complete aerial record of your property — roof condition, drainage paths, lot boundaries, structural exterior, and surrounding context. Footage is delivered raw, unedited, and 4K at 60fps. What you receive is an accurate visual record of your property exactly as it exists at the time of the shoot.

We use a sub-250g DJI Mini 4 Pro, which operates quietly and can cover a full residential property in a single flight. The footage captures angles and details that are simply not visible from ground level — particularly the condition of rooflines, gutter runs, chimney flashing, and drainage channels running across the lot.

Before You Buy or Sell

Aerial documentation can serve as a visual supplement before a real estate transaction. A standard inspection covers the interior and accessible ground-level areas. Aerial footage covers the full exterior condition — including areas an inspector may not physically reach. Having aerial footage on record at the time of sale gives both buyer and seller a clear visual reference point that doesn't rely on memory or description.

Before Renovation or Construction Begins

If you're planning renovation work — a new roof, an addition, driveway work, landscaping — aerial footage before work begins creates a liability baseline. If something goes wrong during construction, timestamped footage of the pre-existing condition is significantly more useful than verbal accounts of what was there before. This documentation can protect homeowners, contractors, and insurers alike when the question of pre-existing vs. new damage comes up.

After a Storm or Incident

Roof damage, fallen branches, and drainage problems often go unnoticed until they've caused secondary damage inside the structure. A post-storm aerial survey documents the current condition so you know exactly what changed, what's visible from above, and what might need attention before the problem develops further.

Delivery

Footage is delivered the same day — on-site via USB, sent remotely via file transfer, or uploaded as an unlisted YouTube link you can view immediately without downloading. All files are raw 4K 60fps, exactly as captured. A complimentary backup copy is retained for 90 days.
