We use a DJI Mini 4 Pro, a sub-250g aircraft that operates quietly and at low altitude. This classification means we can document sites discreetly, without the physical presence or visibility of a larger commercial drone. Footage is delivered the same day via USB on-site, secure file transfer, or unlisted private link.

A timestamped aerial survey of a property before a weather event, construction project, or change of occupancy gives an adjuster a clear before-state that can be compared against post-incident footage or a physical inspection. Aerial documentation of property condition at a specific point in time provides an objective visual record for use in property litigation, contractor liability disputes, boundary disagreements, and neighbour damage claims. Ground-level photographs show a limited angle. In one case, unauthorized drainage of a protected wetland by a construction company adjacent to residential properties was documented aerially at the request of affected homeowners. That footage was submitted anonymously to the North Bay-Mattawa Conservation Authority. The NBMCA investigated, determined the construction company had no legal authorization for the drainage activity, and initiated enforcement proceedings.
